Through my work with patients and families in hospitals and hospices, I grew out of my Catholic roots to a broader definition of spirituality. I choose to help others to live more consciously.

I believe the sacred is found in the ordinary experiences of life. What is divine is within ourselves, within others and surrounding us. What gives our lives meaning and purpose is achievable.
